Jij zorgt ervoor dat het nieuwe hotel op rolletjes gaat lopen en het hoge kwaliteitsniveau wordt gehanteerd. Daarnaast:Stuur jij een team aan dat bestaat uit een tweetal Supervisors en ongeveer 15 schoonmaakmedewerkers;Ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van alle gemaakte contractafspraken met het hotel: onder andere de uitvoering van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, kwaliteitsrapportages en het dagelijks lopen van de controlerondes;Regel jij de de selectie en introductie van nieuwe medewerkers en stelt zo je eigen team van enthousiaste medewerkers samen;Ben je als hét aanspreekpunt van de opdrachtgever en je team. Kortom, jij zorgt ervoor dat zaken te allen tijde tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn, óok als dat betekent dat je zelf af en toe in de operatie mee moet draaien.
