Wie zijn wij?Enterprise Content Management is een grid verdeeld in drie domeinen, Output Management (OM), Document:en Record Management (DRM) en Input Management (IM). Output Management heeft drie connector teams. In deze teams adviseren, ondersteunen en supporten we alle afdelingen binnenABN AMRO met het maken en versturen van hun klant communicatie. Je werkJe werk bestaat uit het ontwikkelen van templates (en bijbehorende building blocks) en het meenemen en ondersteunen van users in het Self Service Communicatie proces. De templates en andere componenten worden gebouwd in onze tool (Scriptura) op basis van HTML/CSS. Op dit moment werken we bijvoorbeeld aan meer generieke Templates, zodat we, samen met CoE Content en Design and UX Design, werken aan meer standaardisatie en uniformiteit. Ook zijn wij gestart met het implementeren van de nieuwe BIS in onze templates.Daarnaast helpen we de users d.m.v. Walk:in sessies, Onboarding en vragen die binnenkomen via het service management systeem ServiceNow. We onderhouden met het team de Web Designer applicatie en gebruikers documentatie. Ook identificeer je verbeteringen in het Self Service proces dat we aanbieden.
