Updating project management about the quality assurance status and incident mitigations. Liaising with the Government Quality Assurance Representative (GQAR) and providing all QA information. As the Project Quality Assurance Lead, your key responsibilities will include: Coordinates the quality processes and fosters a quality mindset in each shipbuilding project. Ensuring quality management principles, protocols, and processes are correctly applied. Leading the Project Quality team. Creating the QA registration system processes and ensuring it is kept complete and updated. Participating in project and department progress meetings. To excel as the Project Quality Assurance Lead, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities: 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably acquired in the naval, defense or shipbuilding industry. Experienced with manufacturing techniques and processes, preferably in the naval shipbuilding industry. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Maritime Technology or Shipbuilding. Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken. Excellent references antecedents as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure. Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required and candidates with NL/EU (work) visa or with both an EU and non-EU nationality and/or passport are not eligible in accordance with the requirements imposed by the military nature of our projects. You oversee, advise, and report about quality issues related to these projects. Contributing to the adaptation and application of the QA standards and principles. Ensuring the QA registration system is complete and up to date. To excel as the Project Quality Assurance Engineer, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities: 3+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably acquired in the naval, defense or shipbuilding industry.
